Mecha Lotería Mecha Lotería

Refund Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Summary. Purchases of digital goods are final once delivered. You may still request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, and we always refund verified duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and digital goods we failed to deliver.

1. Who this policy is from

Mecha Lotería is operated by Repository Holdings Group, LLC. All refund requests, billing questions and dispute correspondence are handled at contact@mechaloteria.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number at any time.

2. Digital goods are final sale once delivered

Mecha Lotería sells digital goods (card bundles, avatar suites, cosmetic items and in-game currency). Because these are delivered to your account instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the item has been delivered, rendered, or accessed in-game. Delivery occurs the moment the purchased content is granted to your pilot account, which is recorded with a server-side timestamp.

3. Mandatory exceptions — always refunded

Regardless of Section 2, we will issue a refund in each of the following cases:

4. Request window

Outside the mandatory exceptions above, refund requests must be submitted within exactly 7 calendar days of the purchase timestamp recorded by Stripe. Requests received after that window has closed cannot be granted.

6. What is not refundable

7. How to request a refund

Email contact@mechaloteria.com from the address on your account and include: your pilot username, the approximate purchase date, the item purchased, and the reason for the request. Including the Stripe receipt lets us locate the transaction fastest.

Before you file a chargeback: contact us first. We can almost always resolve a billing problem faster than your bank's dispute process, which typically takes 60–75 days. Filing a dispute does not speed up a refund you are already entitled to under this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version that governs your purchase is the version published on this page at the time of that purchase, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
